In “Helping Your Child Develop Financial Responsibility,” Barbara Cáceres will show parents how they can use money as a tool for teaching a broad range of important life skills to their children, as well as for developing the ability to manage their money and make responsible financial decisions. She will address the appropriate use of an allowance, helping your child develop a work ethic, the mechanics of spending, sharing and saving, helping you decide when credit is appropriate, and provide many other practical tips related to kids and money. This presentation is geared toward the middle school-aged child but is also quite appropriate for parents of elementary or high school-aged children as well.
